Is my data private?

Yes. Each business's data is isolated and secured — your records are yours alone, and no other business on Alfasente ERP can see them.

What does the free trial include?

A 30-day free trial with no card required. You get to explore Alfasente ERP fully before deciding.

Which mobile networks are supported?

MTN and Airtel mobile money.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Alfasente ERP runs in your web browser — nothing to install. There's also a mobile POS app if you want a point-of-sale on your phone in the field.

Can I sell services, not just products?

Yes. You can sell services as well as stocked goods. Services have no stock, so they don't affect your inventory.

How is VAT handled?

VAT is charged at 18%. You can set VAT per item, and items can be marked VAT-exempt where that applies.

Who can see salaries or approve payroll?

Payroll and salary information is limited to the Owner and Accountant roles.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your 30-day trial ends, you subscribe to a plan to keep using the ERP. Your data stays with you.

Can I add my team?

Yes. You can add your team members and give each one a role that controls what they can see and do.

Is my mobile money API key safe?

Yes. Your mobile money API key is stored securely on the server and is never exposed in the browser.
