Show only what you need

Alfasente ERP does a lot — accounting, inventory, sales, payments, HR & payroll, and more. If your business only uses some of it, you can hide the parts you don't need so your sidebar stays clean and your team isn't distracted by features they never touch.

Nothing is deleted when you hide it. It just disappears from the menu, and you can switch it back on at any time.

Turning features on and off

1. Go to Settings → Features.
2. You'll see a toggle for each area — Accounting, Inventory, Sales & POS, Payments, HR & Payroll, and Docs.
3. Switch off anything you don't use. It's saved automatically, and the sidebar updates straight away.
4. Changed your mind? Switch it back on — everything is exactly as you left it.

Only an owner or manager can change what's shown. Dashboard and Settings always stay visible, and Financial Services appears only if the Alfasente team has enabled it for you.

Good to know

• Nothing is lost. Hiding a feature only affects the menu — your data, records, and history are untouched.
• It's per business. Your choices apply to your business's sidebar for everyone on the team.
• You can change it any time. There's no penalty to turning things on and off as your needs change.
